摘要
Abstract
Rope washing of knitted fabric has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving compared to tra-ditional open width washing process.Based on actual energy consumption data from large-scale factory production,the dif-ferences of energy consumption,efficiency and cost between rope washing and open width washing of polyester/ammonia knitted fabrics after dyeing process are compared and calculated,and solutions are proposed to address the high cost of ad-ditives.Furthermore,the process reasons affecting the quality of finished products(color fastness,color difference)are ana-lyzed,and the applicability and key points of the rope washing process are summarized.关键词
