New Quality Productive Forces Enabling Digital Rural Development:Theoretical Alignment and Practical Implementation
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To identify innovative opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of tradi-tional fields through the development of new quality productive forces.It seeks to contribute to the aca-demic understanding of how new quality productive forces can empower the digital transformation of rural areas.[Method]Utilizing the Marxist theory of the new productive forces and focusing on contradiction analysis,this study clarifies the internal mechanism of how new quality productive forces empower digital rural development.It explores key aspects and ideas for deepening the practice of integrating new quality productive forces into digital rural development.[Result]The logical feasibility of new quality produc-tive forces enabling digital rural development arises from the alignment between the provision of these pro-ductive forces and the developmental requirements of digital rural areas.In practice,the innovative ef-fects of new quality productive forces significantly impact rural productive forces,production relations,and the superstructure,thereby promoting the comprehensive development of digital rural areas.The con-vergence of theoretical value and practical context highlights the need to facilitate the flow and concentra-tion of innovative elements toward rural areas,transforming these innovative effects into economic advan-tages and addressing comprehensive demands within differentiated contexts.[Conclusion]It is essential to identify sources of momentum by accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces and en-hancing urban-rural element circulation channels.Connections between science and technology must be established as dual drivers of reform and the development of modern industrial systems.Emphasis should be placed on constructing intelligent green rural areas,promoting rural network culture,and advancing digital governance in rural communication.Coordination should be enhanced through the context-specific development of new quality productive forces and the tailored advancement of digital rural development.关键词
