Abstract
To address the issues of cultural authenticity loss and insufficient innovation caused by the unbalanced emphasis in the process of translating traditional cultural visual patterns for designers,a innovative design method for traditional cultural visual patterns integrating the Kano model,Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP,and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is proposed.Fifteen user needs were obtained through preliminary research such as interviews and literature review.The Kano model was used to classify user needs and define the must-have attributes representing cultural authenticity.The AHP method was introduced to calculate the weights of user needs with different attributes,identifying the important user needs with higher rankings in the expectant attributes and attractive attributes to be prioritized during scheme design.The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method was employed to evaluate design schemes and verify the feasibility of the method.The Kano model identified"pattern design","traditional color matching",and"cultural symbolism"as must-have attributes.The AHP method determined that"local characteristics","historical context",and"traditional craftsmanship"were important user needs.The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method showed that both groups of design schemes achieved high satisfaction.This study demonstrates the feasibility of integrating the Kano model,AHP,and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in the design of traditional cultural visual patterns.This approach effectively enhances the cultural authenticity of visual patterns and ensures design innovation,providing a reference for designers in traditional cultural visual design.关键词
