摘要
Abstract
Organized scientific research,as a major systematic project,involves multiple stakeholders such as government,enterprises,universities,and research institutions.Its behavioral choices are constrained by the institutional field,presenting multiple institutional logics.Research finds that there are multiple institutional logical conflicts in organized scientific research in current universities,manifested as divergent forms of scientific exploration,accelerated expansion of scientific research pace,and imbalanced scientific research management mechanisms.It is necessary to explore diversified forms of organized scientific research cooperation,create a good organized research environment,and optimize the management mechanism,in order to coordinate the multiple institutional logical conflicts of organized scientific research in universities and promote the real occurrence of organized scientific research.关键词
