摘要

Abstract

A multi-case analysis from the perspective of organizational ecology shows that the project-based talent training in world-class universities is a process of"environmental perception and social action".Vision and mission,theme and commitment and training mode reflect the modern cognitive bias,and the clues of organizational initiative with consciousness as its core characteristic.Its action strategy has the feature of resource dependence,structural evolution,boundary expansion and path innovation.Specifically,it is manifested in the synergy and symbiosis between the project and the overall ecology of the city,the setting of interdisciplinary degrees and projects,the development and promotion of global academic networks,and the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,which can provide insights for project-based talent training in China.
