Abstract
Technological advancement has exerted both empowering and alienating effects on university graduates'employment.Against this backdrop,underlying issues such as biased personal value orientations among students,a disconnect between higher education and talent cultivation,and weak public services at the societal level have led to employment difficulties of university graduates.To address these employment difficulties,it is necessary to systematically respond by encouraging individuals to embrace diverse perspectives on success and employment,enhancing the alignment between higher education and market needs,and establishing a public service system that adapts to future employment trends,so as to effectively tackle the employment challenges faced by university graduates.关键词
