摘要

Abstract

The paper shows that both external rules and endogenous norms have significant positive effects on discipline construction behavior.Institutional identity and perceived pressure play a partial mediating role between the system and the behavior of discipline construction in China.Meanwhile,the political and economic environment plays a moderating role.Therefore,it is necessary to firstly promote the internal unity of the supply-side design and implementation of the system and the demands of the demand-side groups,explore the construction of the discipline evaluation system which is more in line with the knowledge production mode and discipline characteristics,strengthen the initiative of discipline organization in order to enhance its ability to cope with the external environment.
