我国教育博士专业学位人才培养方案的比较与分析
Comparison and Analysis of the Talent Cultivation Plans for Ed.D in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the talent cultivation plans of 27 universities authorized to confer doctoral degrees in education,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the cultivation of doctor of education(Ed.D)among various universities.In terms of training objectives,emphasis is placed on the all-round improvement of quality,knowledge and ability.In terms of training mode,a flexible credit system is implemented and diverse guidance methods are employed.In terms of curriculum design,emphasis is placed on the cross-integration of theory,practice and research methods.In terms of evaluation methods,process-based evaluation is dominant while taking into account multiple evaluation methods.However,the training mode is also confronted with the problems of convergence with the academic doctor of education,and multiple contradictions increasing the pressure on students.To improve the training quality,it is necessary to clarify the particularity of the training objectives,set up personalized training programs,strengthen the two-way positive interaction between teachers and students,and provide rich educational resources for Ed.D.关键词
