专业认证背景下高校教师教育者核心能力提升路径研究
Improvement Paths of the Core Competencies of Teacher Educators under the Background of Professional Accreditation
摘要
Abstract
Based on the concepts of professional accreditation of teacher education,teacher educators need abilities of evidence-based verification,practical guidance,as well as evaluation and improvement.To promote the development of the core competencies,efforts should be made in four aspects.Firstly,teacher educators should conduct self-study and establish new educational concepts.Secondly,targeted training for teacher educators should be implemented.Thirdly,teacher educators should be encouraged to carry out evidence-based teaching and research,and build a trinity teaching and research platform.Fourthly,multiple evaluations of teacher educators should be promoted and an evaluation mechanism which integrates internal and external evaluation should be constructed.关键词
