摘要

Abstract

Based on the concepts of professional accreditation of teacher education,teacher educators need abilities of evidence-based verification,practical guidance,as well as evaluation and improvement.To promote the development of the core competencies,efforts should be made in four aspects.Firstly,teacher educators should conduct self-study and establish new educational concepts.Secondly,targeted training for teacher educators should be implemented.Thirdly,teacher educators should be encouraged to carry out evidence-based teaching and research,and build a trinity teaching and research platform.Fourthly,multiple evaluations of teacher educators should be promoted and an evaluation mechanism which integrates internal and external evaluation should be constructed.
