健康生态学视角下甲状腺癌病人术后重返工作现状及影响因素
Analysis of status quo and influencing factors of return to work in postoperative patients with thyroid cancer from the perspective of health ecology

Abstract
Objective:Based on the health ecology model,this study explore the status quo of postoperative readiness to return to work in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 200 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who were reexamined one month after thyroid surgery in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2024 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects by convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Readiness for Return-To-Work Scale,thyroid cancer specific quality of life scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and Social Support Rating Scale were used for investigation.Results:The rate of patients returning to work after differentiated thyroid cancer surgery was 64%.Most of the patients who did not return to work were in the intention stage(28 cases,38.9%).Most of the patients who returned to work were in the uncertain maintenance stage(71 cases,55.5%).The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that work intensity,social support level and specific quality of life were the influencing factors of whether differentiated thyroid cancer patients returned to work after surgery.Conclusions:The preparation of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer to return to work after operation still needs to be improved.Medical staff should pay more attention to the specific symptoms of patients after operation,evaluate the physical and mental level and work status of patients,provide individualized health education for patients to return to work,help patients return to normal life and work as early as possible.关键词
