病人权力距离的概念分析
Conceptual analysis of patient power distance
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To define the concept of patient power distance by using Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis method and to summarize research progress on patient power distance.Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Database,Web of Science,PubMed,and ScienceDirect.The retrieval period spanned to November 3,2024 by time.Based on Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis,an in-depth exploration was performed on the evolution of the concept,surrogate and related terms,attributes,antecedents,consequences,and representative cases of patient power distance.Results:A total of 64 articles were included.Through literature analysis,four antecedents of patient power distance were identified:sociodemographic factors,individual factors,social support,and cultural differences,along with four attributes:tendency toward communication barriers,cognitive-informational disparities,passive participation in decision-making,and maladaptive coping with illness.Conclusions:To clarify the concept of patient power distance could provide a reference for future research on the topic.It could offer insights for developing assessment tools and theoretical models related to patient power distance as well.关键词
