NMDA受体色谱在桂芍镇痫片活性成分筛选中的应用
Application of NMDA receptor chromatography in screening of active ingredients in Guishao Zhenxian tablets
摘要
Abstract
Objective To screen the bioactive components of Guisao Zhenxian tablets using immobilized NMDA receptor(NMDA-AR)chromatographic column.Methods NMDA-AR receptor chromatographic column(50 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)was prepared and used to screen the bioactive components of Guishao Zhenxian tablets.Results A total of 10 components in Guishao Zhenxian tab-lets,namely paeoniflorin,hydroxypaeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin,methyl gallate,alibiflorin,gallic paeoniflorin,gallic acid,cin-namic acid,baicalein,and wogonin,had retention behaviors with NMDA-AR chromatographic column.Conclusion NMDA-AR chromatography can be used for screening the bioactive components of Guishao Zhenxian tablets.关键词
