摘要

Abstract

This article conducted experimental research on the production of 2,2,4,4-tetramethy-lcyclobutane-1,3-dione(TMCB)from isobutyric anhydride(IBAN)by cracking to produce dimethylketene(DMK)and the dimerization of DMK.The molecular structure of purified TMCB was analyzed by GC-MS,FTIR,1H NMR,13C NMR,confirming that the obtained product was TMCB.The reaction conditions of the heating reaction and absorption dimerization processes were also investigated.The optimal production process for DMK production was discovered:reaction temperature of 475℃,reaction pressure of 0.35 MPa,and gas/liquid volume ratio of 763.Then,the yield of DMK would be 39%under this optimal condition.
