催化裂化柴油中芳烃选择性抽提的溶剂效应
Solvent effect of selective extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons from FCC diesel

Abstract
To solve such problems as wide fraction distribution,complex aromatic hydrocarbon structure,and poor solvent extraction selectivity of FCC diesel,the extraction effect and selectivity of different solvents on each fraction material and aromatics with different structures were explored by methods including fractionating feedstock and establishment of simulation system.The results show that,except for acetonitrile,each solvent has significantly different selectivity for aromatics with different rings.Diethylene glycol is the strongest in selectivity but low in solubility,resulting in unsatisfactory extraction yields.In the simulation system,the solvent tends to prefer aromatic molecules with more rings.The substituent side chain structure also affects the extraction process.The order of influence is:ethyl≈two methyl>one methyl>no substituents.Theoretical support is provided for the selection and optimization of aromatic hydrocarbon extraction solvents and the formulation of precise directional extraction strategies for feedstocks.关键词
