Abstract
A SiO2 nano-solution sand control material was investigated by examining its flow properties and sand control mechanism using methods such as NMR,SEM,flow pattern analysis,permeability testing,and visualized microflow experiments.Experimental results show that,compared to traditional resin-based chemical sand control materials,the SiO2 nano-solution has a more uniform flow front,higher coverage,and lower flow resistance,effectively avoiding issues of uneven sand consolidation and high energy consumption.After treatment with SiO2 nano-solution,the rock layer can maintain a high permeability,with a uniform thin curing film formed on the surface of the quartz sand.The core's pore connectivity is good,and the hydrogen signals are uniform.SiO2 nanoparticles form bridging structures between sand grains through adsorption,capture,and kinetic retention mechanisms,with minimal impact on the main pore channels.When the SiO2 nano-solution content is 30%-40%(w),effective sand consolidation is achieved,resulting in maximum economic benefit.This SiO2 nano-solution sand control material has great application potential in oil extraction sand control.关键词
