西部地区高铁快运发展策略研究
Development Strategy for High Speed Rail Express in Western Region
摘要
Abstract
High speed rail express,as a new mode of transportation,is gradually playing an important role in China's modern logistics and railway transport systems due to its advantages such as speed,safety,punctuality,and environmental friendliness.The practice of the Chengdu-Kunming high speed rail express whole train transportation test line shows that its successful operation depends on stable,bi-directional freight sources,fully tapping into the network's potential,and selecting suitable operating stations.Currently,the development of high speed rail express in China faces issues such as the lag in the construction of specialized bases,high costs,insufficient freight source cultivation,and imperfect large-scale layout.The western region,with its unique economic,industrial,and geographical advantages,proposes strategies to tap into characteristic freight sources,make reasonable use of network conditions,and leverage policies to expand cost advantages,with innovation driving large-scale development.This strategy will help transform the western region into a pilot demonstration area for high speed rail express,providing strong support for the transformation of China's railway freight into modern logistics.关键词
