"敞顶箱+卷钢托盘"运输方案及应用研究
Transportation Scheme and Application of"Open-top Container+Coiled Steel Pallet"

Abstract
This paper aims to address issues such as the damage to side posts of railway open-top cars,which makes it difficult to unload,and the empty return of rack-type coiled steel boxes in the"open car+coiled steel seat frame"transportation model.It fully utilized the advantages of a large number of open-top containers,which are easy to load and unload from the top and have low requirements for railway vehicles.China Railway Container Transport Co.,Ltd.took the lead in researching and designing the"open-top container+coiled steel pallet"transportation scheme.The scheme was validated through methods such as finite element analysis,impact testing,and trial runs on the road.The results indicate that the"open-top container+coiled steel pallet"transportation scheme uses a combination of one container with three pallets,one pallet with one groove,buffer protection,door-end limiters,anti-slip pads,and intelligent devices.These structural features make the scheme flexible to use,highly reliable,cost-effective,quickly expandable,easy to return,and able to maintain weight,offering a new approach for expanding the source of cargo types that can be transported using open-top containers.关键词
