Abstract
This study predicted trends in the performance index of railway communication infrastructure to identify latent risks and constructed a health analysis and prediction system to support operation and maintenance staff in highlighting critical equipment and optimizing routine inspection and maintenance.The study covered the infrastructure of five network management systems,including transmission network management,data network management,LTE network management,optical cable network management,and video network management.It conducted a health evaluation from three dimensions:equipment status,alarms,and risk level prediction.Data acquisition,preprocessing,alarm summarization,performance index prediction,and risk grading were executed to establish a complete health evaluation system for railway communication infrastructure.The system periodically evaluated equipment health,scheduled maintenance rationally,reduced maintenance cost and energy consumption,enabled predictive measures,shortened unplanned downtime,and improved equipment stability and reliability.关键词
