Optimized Operational Process Design for Railway Cold Chain Intermodal Distribution Center

Abstract
Aiming at the typical issues in railway cold chain intermodal distribution centers under traditional scheduling algorithms,such as inappropriate resource allocation,high equipment idling rates,and route conflicts,this paper proposed an optimized operational process scheme based on an improved scheduling algorithm.By analyzing core operational processes of such centers under conventional scheduling algorithms,a novel operational process scheme was designed,which integrated dynamic and static priority assessment,resource pre-allocation mechanisms,and shortest-path planning.A collaborative simulation model incorporating eight types of agents(including trains,containers,and pallets)was developed on a simulation platform,with comparative experiments conducted using metrics such as cargo handling capacity and loss rate.Experimental results demonstrate that the operational process scheme under the improved scheduling algorithm achieves 40.2%and 23.7%efficiency improvements in pallet and refrigerated container processing,respectively,along with a 2.6-percentage-point reduction in cargo loss rate.The findings validate the algorithm's effectiveness in standardizing operational processes and enhancing resource utilization,providing practical management suggestions for the real-world operation of the railway cold chain intermodal transport distribution center.关键词
