区间封锁条件下高速铁路列车运行调整优化技术研究
Adjustment and Optimization Technology for Train Operation of High Speed Railway under Section Blockage

Abstract
Due to the characteristics of large numbers of motor train units,long running distance,fast running speed,and short tracking time in China's high speed railway,sudden interference can easily cause train delays and accelerated propagation.Therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the rapid adjustment ability of train operation in interference conditions.In response to the section blockade caused by unexpected situations,a mixed integer programming model for train operation adjustment of high speed railway under section blockade was built with the goal of minimizing the sum of initial and final delay time of all trains.Meanwhile,constraints such as running time,stopping time,safety interval time between trains,interference affecting train departure time,and the number of arrival and departure tracks at stations were considered.A phased solution algorithm based on the characteristics of the problems was designed,which solved the model in three stages.Finally,the Beijing-Guangzhou High Speed Railway was selected as a case study to compare the solution efficiency of the algorithm in different scenarios.The results show that the algorithm can effectively accelerate the solution speed,and meet the timeliness requirements for train operation adjustment of high speed railway in emergencies,providing auxiliary decision-making support for railway dispatching departments to establish scientific and efficient emergency management mechanism.关键词
