Abstract
In the new era,the state has vigorously promoted the strategy of regional balanced development.In the field of school PE,the development direction of"one school,one specialty;one school,multiple specialties"has been proposed.Schools in China have strived to establish their own sports characteristics,achievements,models,and brands under this regional development strategy,gradually forming a flourishing landscape of school physical education in various regions.The research team of the National School Physical Education Alliance(Teaching Reform)has deeply understood and actively responded to the national strategic requirements of promoting high-quality,balanced,and distinctive development of regional(county-level)physical education.Over the past decade,the team has conducted systematic and comprehensive reforms in 42 experimental zones nationwide,creating the"10+10"education reform projects.These include:"three precision projects for enhancing student physical fitness","cultivating sportsmanship in every class","flexible sports class system","1260 fun physical exercise drills for daily classes","all-participation sports meets","reforming sunshine sports for long and short recesses","promotion of traditional ethnic sports",and"happy sports playgrounds".Additionally,a tiered progressing reform action strategy was established from"surface-level reform,in-depth reform,to distinctive reform."An innovative methodology was developed,integrating conceptual transformation with reform,content innovation with reform,teacher development with reform,teaching research with reform,experience summarization with reform,and outcome demonstration with reform.These results formed a systematic set of strategies,methods,and content syetem for the comprehensive reform of regional(county-level)school physical education,providing replicable action plans and practical paradigms for the high-quality development of regional(county-level)school physical education in the new era.关键词
