Toward Win-Win:The Logic and Path of Coexistence between Individual Sports Associations and Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract
Symbiosis is the requirement of the times to promote the continuous progress of human society,and it is advocated that the symbiotic evolution of society should be continuously promoted according to the law of complementary advantages,resource sharing and mutual benefit and win-win situation among subjects.Adopting the literature method and logical analysis method,based on the symbiosis theory,the study proposes the path of symbiosis between individual sports associations and primary and secondary schools based on the real problems of the two parties.The symbiosis between individual sports asso-ciations and primary and secondary schools meets the triple demands of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic,but faces the dilemma of lack of enthusiasm for subject participation,poor access to unit cooperation,and relatively lagging behind in the construction of environment in the cooperation.It is proposed to strengthen the self-generated motivation of individual sports associations,smooth the communication channels of business subjects,form a collab-orative and interactive organizational network,build a cooperative assessment and supervision mechanism,access and exit mechanism,systematic operation mechanism,strengthen the systematic development environment,and promote the construction of social culture and other symbiotic paths.关键词
