不同年份陆地棉纤维品质性状的配合力及稳定性分析
Analysis of combining ability and stability of fiber quality traits of upland cotton in different years

Abstract
Cotton has strong heterosis,so the selection of good parents and combinations is important to improve cotton fibre quality.In this experiment,7 parents were used to configure 21 hybrid combinations according to complete double-column hybridization,and the quality traits and interannual stability of the parents and hybrid combinations were analyzed for two years.The results showed that there were large differences in fibre quality among different materials,and that special adaptations might exist;climatic conditions had a large influence on the performance of fibre quality fitness.Compared with other quality traits,the fitness of Markelung values was more stable from year to year.The quality traits were jointly controlled by additive dominant effects,dominated by additive effects,and modulated by climatic conditions.The two traits,Makron value and average length of the upper part,had strong genetic transmission capacity and their fitness was consistent from year to year.The final selection of parents'a115-11'and'Xinluzhong 38'can be used as backbone parents for the subsequent breeding of high-quality varieties;Combination 12('cm3'×'a115-11')and combination 37('Xinluzhong 53'×'Xinluzao 62')can be utilized as advantageous combinations.关键词
