Abstract

The construction quality of micro-piles used in PV power stations affects the safe and stable operation of PV modules,making it crucial to ensure their construction quality.Taking the centralized PV power station in a desert CSP-PV power generation project in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,this paper analyzes the quality issues present in the construction of micro-piles based on its construction site.By establishing a fault tree model and cloud model for construction quality defects in micro-piles,the key paths,key factors,and their probabilities of occurrence from a qualitative and quantitative collaborative perspective are analyzed.Then,an integrated device for intelligent positioning and detection of PV micro-pile construction is proposed,and the construction quality and detection efficiency of this integrated device are analyzed from the technical measures perspective.Finally,a construction quality defects grading and control model is established based on the Pareto analysis method to ensure the construction quality of pile foundations from a management perspective.The analysis results show that:1)A fault tree model for construction quality defects in micro-piles is constructed from five aspects:personnel,machinery,materials,methods,and environment.Based on this analysis,there are 1890 paths leading to construction quality defects,and priority should be given to the three key factors of personnel,machinery,and environment when taking preventive measures against construction quality defects.2)Based on the cloud model,the probability of occurrence of construction quality defects in the micro-piles of this PV power station is quantitatively calculated to be 0.4824 using Gaussian fuzzy numbers,and the main reason for this is the relatively outdated equipment configuration.3)Integrated device for intelligent positioning and detection of PV micro-piles construction has improved the construction quality and detection efficiency from the technical measures perspective.The research results can provide theoretical and practical guidance for similar projects.
