Abstract
In recent years,geological disasters and extreme weather events during the flood season have occurred frequently in the Qinling mountainous area of Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province,making the flood prevention situation increasingly complex and severe.Due to the large slope of the terrain and complex meteorological conditions in mountainous area,mountain PV power stations face higher safety risks during the flood season,which puts higher demands on the safety management and accident prevention capabilities of operation and maintenance personnel.This paper takes a mountain PV power station as an example,applying the dual prevention mechanism to flood season safety management.A dual prevention mechanism model for safe operation of mountain PV power stations is constructed,and the implementation steps of this mechanism in flood season safety management of mountain PV power stations are explained.The practical results show that by conducting risk identification and assessment of PV field areas,comprehensive investigation of safety hazards during flood season can be carried out.A specific governance plan has been formulated,clarifying the rectification projects and responsible departments for hidden dangers,and ensuring the effective implementation of governance.In addition,during flood season disasters,the dual prevention mechanism can ensure that personnel,materials,and equipment can respond quickly according to flood prevention emergency plans,ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment,effectively improving the safety management level of mountain PV power stations and the ability of personnel to respond to emergencies.关键词
