在太阳能热发电的主流技术路线中,塔式技术路线在投资成本、技术经济性等方面具有显著优势,是中国主流的、最具竞争力且最成熟的太阳能热发电技术路线.但是,由于机场净空保护要求,塔式太阳能热发电站的选址在部分地区受限.详细研究了相关文件中对机场净空保护区域划设和审核的要求,明确了机场净空保护区域的具体划分及其对塔式太阳能热发电站选址的限制,并得出机场净空保护区域内塔式太阳能热发电站的选址范围.研究结果表明:在障碍物限制面区域内,建议建设吸热塔高度小于150 m的小型电站;在机场跑道中心线两侧各 10 km、跑道端外 20 km以内,且在障碍物限制面以外的区域,可建设吸热塔高度为150~200 m的电站,具体以相关部门的批复文件为准;在以机场基准点为圆心、水平半径55 km范围内的其他区域,吸热塔高度不受限制.

Among the mainstream CSP technology route,the tower technology route offers prominent advantages in investment cost and techno-economic performance,positioning it as China,most competitive,and most mature CSP technology route.However,airport obstacle-clearance protection requirements restrict site selection for tower CSP stations in certain regions.This paper provides a detailed study of the requirements for the establishment and review of airport obstacle-clearance protection areas in relevant documents,clarifies the specific division of airport obstacle-clearance protection areas and their limitations on the site selection of tower CSP stations,and determines the site selection range of tower CSP stations within the airport obstacle-clearanc protection area.The research results show that it is recommended to construct small tower CSP stations with heat absorption tower height less than 150 m within the obstacle limit surface zone.Tower CSP stations with a heat absorption tower height of 150~200 m can be constructed within 10 km on both sides of the centerline of the airport runway,within 20 km outside the runway end,and outside the obstacle limit surface,the specific approval documents from relevant departments shall prevail.In other areas within a horizontal radius of 55 km centered on the airport reference point,the height of the heat absorption tower is not limited.
