Abstract

In the field of solar cells,conventional TOPCon solar cells usually use n-type silicon wafers,while p-type silicon wafers have advantages in terms of silicon wafer cost and process complexity,and its required production equipment is highly compatible with conventional n-TOPCon solar cell production lines.However,the technology route of p-TOPCon solar cells has not been verified for industrialization.Based on this,this paper designs a new structure for p-TOPCon solar cells and introduces its manufacturing process.Then,using conventional sized silicon wafers,samples of the p-TOPCon solar cell are produced on the actual production line of n-TOPCon solar cells,and their performance is analyzed through experiments for industrial verification.Finally,suggestions for process optimization are provided.The research results show that:1)The production monitoring indicators of each process in the proposed p-TOPCon solar cell process are within the normal range,and the scheme is feasible and has the potential for high photoelectric conversion efficiency.2)Compared with the conventional n-TOPCon solar cell process,the p-TOPCon solar cell process significantly optimizes equipment costs and process time.3)The p-TOPCon solar cell has certain industrial development space.Subsequently,the preparation process of the p-TOPCon solar cell can be further optimized by configuring the optimal reactant precursor in the atomic layer deposition process and adjusting the sintering peak temperature.
