基于eDNA技术的新疆典型区域鱼类多样性研究
Research on Fish Diversity in Typical Regions of Xinjiang Based on eDNA Technology

Abstract
The eDNA technology was used to detect fish diversity in the waters of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and a new method suitable for monitoring and protecting of fish diversity in the waters of the region was explored.Through the eDNA macrobarcoding standardization of biological information analysis,including water sample collection,filtration,eDNA extraction,genetic marker amplification,sequencing and bioinformatics analysis,the detectable data was obtained from 14 sampling points in the water area,and a total of 29 fish species were detected,among which,Aspiorhynchus laticeps,Triplophysa Yarkandensis,Schizothorax eurystomus,Triplophysa tenuis,and Triplophysa dorsalis were indigenous fish species.The results showed that although eDNA macrobarcoding cannot completely replace traditional fish monitoring methods,it can be used to quickly detect fish diversity and spatial distributions in aquatic environments as an emerging biodiversity monitoring method.关键词
