Abstract
Cyanide is a highly toxic substance which is widely present in nature and can enter the body through various pathways to endanger human health.As a standard method for the determination of cyanide in water,spectrophotometry has complicated operation steps and high probability of errors.Compared with traditional spectrophotometry,continuous flow injection analysis is simple and accurate.In order to accurately determine the concentrations of total cyanide in water.,the optimal experimental conditions for the determination of total cyanide in water by continuous flow injection analyzer were determined by control variable method,in which citric acid was used as the distillation reagent,with potassium hydrogen phthalate as the buffer solution,and the pH value of the chromogenic agent was adjusted to 5.2,where Chloramine-T solution must be prepared fresh immediately before use.Consequently,This optimized methodology significantly enhanced water quality analysis efficiency,reduced reagent consumption,and improved both detection sensitivity and accuracy.关键词
