南充市使用溶剂的某典型企业VOCs无组织排放特征及臭氧生成潜势分析
Analysis of VOCs Fugitive Emission Characteristics and Ozone Formatiom Potential of a Typical Solvent-using Enterprise in Nanchong City

Abstract
A typical solvent-using enterprise in Nanchong City was selected to analyze the characteristics of VOCs fugitive emission and ozone formatiom potential(OFP)in different functional areas by Summa tank sampling and GC-MS/FID method.The results showed that the main VOCs species emitted by the solvent-using enterprise were OVOCs(83.70%),followed by halogenated hydrocarbons(6.84%),aromatic hydrocarbons(5.00%),alkanes(4.16%),olefins(0.28%)and alkynes(0.02%).The VOCs emission concentration in the production area was 3174.19 μg/m3,which was much higher than that in the tank area(138.15 μg/m3),the raw material area(189.12 μg/m3)and the finished product area(244.16 μg/m3).The main components of VOCs were 2-butanone,ethyl acetate,acetone,carbon tetrachloride and butane,indicating that the source of VOCs was mainly the extensive use of OVOCs and halogenated hydrocarbons and other raw materials The detected fluorine-containing organic compounds such as difluorodichloromethane and fluoro-trichloromethane indicated that the VOCs emission concentration and species in the factory area of the enterprise may be affected by the VOCs emission of surrounding enterprises.The total OFP of VOCs in the production area,tank area,raw material area and finished product area were 3650.28 μg/m3,209.80 μg/m3,223.62 μg/m3 and 238.41 μg/m3,respectively,which were all higher than that in the background point(136.20 μg/m3).Among the above four functional zones,OVOCs,aromatic hydrocarbons and alkanes all made great contributions to OFP,and cumulative contribution rates were over 90%,with 2-butanone ranking first in the contribution rate.Therefore,the enterprise and relevant government departments should focus on the emission of OVOCs,especially 2-butanone,ethyl acetate and other components in prevention and control of ozone pollution.关键词
