摘要

Abstract

We introduce a novel system for the rapid generation and editing of digital humans from monocular video,de-signed to overcome the significant bottlenecks of high cost and long production cycles found in traditional workflows.Our approach is built upon 3D Gaussian splatting,capitalizing on its high-efficiency rendering and inherent editability.The re-sulting pipeline enables users to quickly produce high-fidelity avatars,intelligently segment and archive the underlying as-sets,and immediately proceed to intuitive,flexible editing.Our experiments confirm that the system accelerates the produc-tion of digital humans and minimizes reliance on specialized hardware and expertise.The findings indicate that an inte-grated generation and editing pipeline is a viable strategy for making digital human creation more efficient and cost-effec-tive for the film industry.Furthermore,our approach facilitates the development of extensive 3D asset libraries and empow-ers high-quality visual effects production,even for films with limited budgets.
