Optimization allocation strategy for calculating tasks with fog-fog-cloud under cloud edge collaboration mechanism in smart grid

Abstract
The problem of high latency in calculating task processing is exposed when cloud computing is applied to data processing in smart grid power consumption information management.A system architecture is established that takes into account the differences in computing resource capacity,computing power,and network transmission between fog layer nodes,as well as between cloud and fog layers,and a new fog cloud calculating task allocation strategy for smart grids is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a task allocation model for power computing considering dynamic priority is established.The dynamic priority of power computing task requirements is set based on their inherent priority and execution urgency,and a value coefficient is introduced to comprehensively consider the processing delay of calculating tasks and the value of decision allocation.The calculation task processing delay and decision allocation value are comprehensively considered.Secondly,a load balancing based fog-fog-cloud calculating task allocation strategy is proposed,which minimizes the total service delay of the calculating task set under the acceptable delay threshold for users,and obtains the optimal power calculating task allocation scheme to achieve load balancing in the fog layer computing network.Finally,the ant colony optimization algorithm is used to simulate the example.The results shows that the fog-fog-cloud calculating task allocation strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the processing delay of power grid business,improve the resource utilization of server clusters,and reduce the risk of network congestion in cloud edge collaborative computing.关键词
