Abstract
Cyproheptadine,a multi-receptor antagonist with antihistaminic,anticholinergic,and anti-serotonergic properties,has recently demonstrated favorable efficacy and safety profiles in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGID)in children.This article mainly elaborates on the mechanisms of action,clinical application regimens,and therapeutic evaluations of cyproheptadine in conditions such as functional dyspepsia(FD),abdominal migraine(AM),cyclic vomiting syndrome(CVS),and anorexia nervosa,thereby providing a reference for its clinical use in the treatment of pediatric digestive diseases.Further prospective studies are warranted in the future to establish clear guidelines for its administration in order to promote its rational and standardized application in pediatric diseases.关键词
