高健生治疗视网膜色素变性的用药规律分析
Analysis of Medication Patterns Used by GAO Jiansheng in the Treatment of Retinitis Pigmentosa

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the medication patterns employed by GAO Jiansheng in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa(RP)using data mining techniques.METHODS Medical records of RP patients treated by GAO Jiansheng at Eye Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,from January 2011 to December 2019 were collected.Prescription information was entered into Excel 2016 software to establish a structured database,and all medicine names were standardized.The"Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform"software(version V2.3.2)was used to analyze the properties of the Chinese medicines and the frequency of high-frequency medicines.Association rule analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis were performed on high-frequency medicines,and a complex network diagram was constructed using the complex network analysis function of the software.RESULTS(1)Four Qi,five flavors,and meridian tropism:A total of 251 prescriptions were included,involving 165 types of Chinese medicines with a cumulative frequency of 3,820.Among the four Qi,warm medicines were used most frequently(1,743 times,45.63%).Among the five flavors,sweet medicines predominated(2,237 times,38.33%).In terms of meridian entry,Liver channel was most commonly targeted(2,326 times,25.21%).(2)Top five high-frequency medicines:The five most frequently used medicines were Angelicae sinensis radix(228 times,5.97%),Astragali radix(217 times,5.68%),Chuanxiong rhizoma(190 times,4.97%%),Puerariae lobatae radix(158 times,4.14%),and Paeoniae radix alba(150 times,3.93%).(3)Association rule analysis of high-frequency medicines:The top five associations were Angelicae sinensis radix-Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radix-Chuanxiong rhizoma,Chuanxiong rhizome-Astragali radix,Puerariae lobatae radix-Angelicae sinensis radix,and Puerariae lobatae radix-Astragali radix.(4)Cluster analysis of high-frequency medicines:Five major clusters were identified Cluster I including Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radix,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Puerariae lobatae radix;Cluster II including Persicae semen,Carthami flos,Paeoniae radix rubra;Cluster III including Cinnamomi ramulus,Rehmanniae radix praeparata,Paeoniae radix alba,Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et Rhizoma;Cluster IV including Lycii fructus,Cuscutae semen;Cluster V including Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Codonopsis radix,Cimicifugae rhizoma,Epimedii herba,Erigerontis herba.(5)Complex network analysis:The core formula consisted of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Astragali radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Paeoniae radix alba,Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma,Rehmanniae radix praeparata,and Epimedii herba.CONCLUSIONS GAO Jiansheng believes that the pathogenesis of RP lies in a fundamental deficiency of kidney essence and spleen-stomach weakness,with blood stasis obstructing the collaterals of eye as the superficial manifestation.The disease is rooted in spleen and kidney,with a deficiency in essence and excess in stasis.Accordingly,treatment focuses on tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen,invigorating Qi and nourishing blood to treat the root,and activating blood and resolving stasis to address the manifestation.关键词
