已建大坝智能化改造实践探索与思考
Practice exploration and reflection on intelligent transformation of existing dams
摘要
Abstract
Existing dams perform multiple functions such as flood control,water supply,irrigation,and power generation.Approximately 80%of dams in China were built before 1980,generally facing problems of structural performance degradation and facility aging.In addition,coupled with the increasing frequency of extreme weather events caused by global climate change,traditional safety management models can no longer meet the development requirements of new productive forces in water conservancy.Focusing on the complexity of intelligent transformation of existing dams,constructs a full-chain system of"detection and evaluation-monitoring upgrade-fusion diagnosis-intelligent decision-making-linkage guarantee".It clarifies the transformation requirements through the mining of engineering historical information,dynamic functional assessment,and the systematic safety assessment that coordinates engineering safety,public safety,and ecological safety,improves and upgrades monitoring facilities to build an integrated"sky-air-ground-water engineering"monitoring and perception network,carries out historical data governance and multi-source multimodal data fusion,develops intelligent diagnosis and prediction-warning models based on failure risks,and realizes the intelligent upgrading of multi-objective optimal scheduling,intelligent operation and maintenance,and emergency decision-making.On this basis,it analyzes core challenges such as insufficient compatibility of existing equipment,poor perception stability in extreme environments,limited accuracy of multi-source data fusion,and lagging technical standards,and proposes systematic solutions including technical research,pilot promotion,and standard improvement.The research shows that intelligent transformation can significantly improve the safety guarantee capability and operation efficiency of dams,providing theoretical support for promoting the development of new productive forces in water conservancy and realizing high-level safety and high-quality development.关键词
