智能大坝本质特征及功能目标研究
Study on essential characteristics and functional objectives of intelligent dams

Abstract
Intelligent dams are an inevitable trend and requirement in the technical development of dam engineering.At present,preliminary engineering practices have been carried out in the construction of intelligent dams,forming innovative concepts,but a complete and unified theoretical system has not yet been established.To effectively promote the construction of intelligent dams and improve the level of engineering safety management and benefit exertion,it is necessary to clarify the positioning of intelligent dams and deepen their scientific cognition.This paper deeply discusses the essential characteristics of intelligent dams from three aspects:the purpose and goal of intelligent dams is to realize the positive interaction between high-quality development and high-level safety;their functional role is prediction and pre-judgment;and their implementation approach is digital twin technology.It clarifies the main functional objectives of intelligent dams from three aspects:intelligent operation and maintenance of dams,intelligent reservoir dispatching,and intelligent engineering management.It expounds the operation mechanism of intelligent dams from six aspects:thorough information perception,data transmission and governance,intelligent analysis and diagnosis,dynamic decision-making and prevention,engineering collaborative operation,and system iterative optimization.This deepens the scientific cognition of intelligent dams,improves the theoretical system of intelligent dams,provides useful references for the theoretical research and practical application of intelligent dams,and contributes to promoting high-quality development of water conservancy.关键词
