快速周转护理模式在颅外动静脉畸形患者中的应用
Application of the nursing model for short-stay unit in patients with extracranial arteriovenous malformation

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of the nursing model for short-stay unit based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing interventional therapy for extracranial arteriovenous malformation(AVM).Methods A total of 140 patients with extracranial AVM from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects.The participants were randomly allocated to the intervention group(n=74)or the control group(n=66).Both groups received interventional therapy and routine nursing care,while the intervention group additionally underwent the nursing model for short-stay unit based on the ERAS.The vital signs,pain scores,postoperative complications,and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups at different times.Results After the intervention,the postoperative pain scores of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative bloating,nausea,and total complications were also significantly reduced in the intervention group(P<0.05).Additionally,the total satisfaction score and the five dimension scores of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model for short-stay unit based on the ERAS can effectively reduce postoperative pain scores,decrease the incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction in patients undergoing interventional therapy for extracranial AVM.This model provides a valuable reference for clinical practice.关键词
