Abstract
The front metallization preparation of TOPCon solar cells is an important process that affects the photoelectric conversion efficiency.The aspect ratio of the grid line and the quality of the silver silicon contact play a key role in the electrical performance of the cell.This article investigates the effects of the solid content,screen width,and sintering temperature of the front silver paste on the aspect ratio and electrical properties of the front grid lines of TOPCon batteries.The electrical performance data and SEM characterization of TOPCon batteries are analyzed.The experiment shows that a solid content of 91.5%and a screen width of 11μm can prepare TOPCon batteries with high grid line aspect ratio and high short-circuit current.When the sintering peak temperature is 760℃,a good ohmic contact is formed at the silver silicon interface,with the lowest series resistance and the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency.From this,it can be seen that optimizing silver paste,screen parameters,and sintering processes are important ways to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of TOPCon cells.关键词
