摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the high switching losses caused by hard-switching operation in the conventional Boost PWM converter,this study investigates a zero-voltage-conversion PWM circuit.Through analyzing the operational principles and waveforms of the zero-voltage-conversion PWM converter,it is found that the soft-switching of the main power transistor can be realized and the switching loss can be significantly reduced by means of the anti-parallel diodes at both ends of the repower transistor and the increase of resonant inductance and resonant capacitance.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the operating mode of zero-voltage-conversion PWM converter,completes the parameters of the main circuit components,and finally verifies the validity of the theoretical analysis through simulations.
