摘要
Abstract
During the New Democratic Revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,the reform and opening-up,and the new era of socialist modernization,the Party has resolutely eliminated corruptionists within the Party,government,and army,and continuously eradicated the soil that breeds and spreads corruption.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has been in its new era,and our understanding of the inherent laws of anti-corruption is constantly deepening.Through actively exploring a governance system against corruption,anti-corruption has been gradually institutionalized and legalized.The evolution of the Party's anti-corruption philosophy in different historical stages has formed the historical logic of the CPC to eradicate the soil and conditions for corruption.This paper analyzes the mechanism of corruption from the internal factors such as economy,politics and culture,as well as the external conditions such as power allocation,operation and supervision,and explains the theoretical logic of the CPC to eradicate the soil and conditions that breed corruption.Building a high-level socialist market economy system,perfecting socialist democracy,building a socialist clean culture,improving the power allocation and operation mechanism,and promoting the integration and coordination of various types of supervision have become the practical logic of the CPC to eradicate the soil and conditions that breed corruption.关键词
