Formation Logic,Realistic Dilemma and Cultivation Paths of New Quality Productive Forces of Agriculture
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analytical framework of"innovation-driven-structural change-efficiency enhancement",it summarizes the formation logic of the new quality productive forces of agriculture.Revolutionary breakthroughs in agricultural technology give birth to new quality productive forces of agriculture,agricultural structural transformation and upgrading is its carrier foundation,and optimized combination of production factors to improve efficiency is its representation.At present,development of new productive forces of agriculture is still faced with the dilemma of insufficient innovation and application of agricultural technologies,irrational allocation of production factors,delayed industrial transformation,institutional barriers and lack of talents.To cultivate new quality productive forces of agriculture,it is necessary to explore and apply disruptive agricultural technologies as momentum,optimize the combination and allocation of agricultural production factors to fully release their potentials,promote the structural transformation and upgrading of agriculture as strong foundation,strengthen top-level design and policy support as institutional guarantee,and accelerate talent cultivation and introduction as intelligent support.关键词
