乡村振兴的新模式
A New Model for Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
New villagers are among the important subjects in China's rural society and a crucial element in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.As part of the rural talent pool equipped with comprehensive skills such as professional application,policy interpretation,business operation,and market development,new villagers have gradually shed their status as outsiders,integrated into rural communities,and transformed into local residents,thus emerging as the core force for rural talent revitalization.In the process of rural revitalization in Guizhou Province,new villagers have gone through the practices of joint governance,construction,and integration,highlighting a positive operating mechanism where external talents flow into rural areas and contribute to local prosperity.Meanwhile,relying on their own resources and local policies,new villagers have been actively engaged in rural economic development,local promotion,cultural innovation,and industrial upgrading,and in social governance affairs as well.As a consequence,new villagers are not only the practitioners of building beautiful and livable rural areas but also the key intellectual support and high-quality human resource for promoting the sustainable development of modern rural areas.关键词
