摘要

Abstract

On June 10,2022,an MS 6.0 earthquake swarm occurred in Barkam,Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province.Based on the tectonic geological background of the seismogenic area,we constructeda finite-fault model and utilized regional broadband seismic data to invert the source rupture process of the MS 6.0 earthquake via the apparent source-time-function method.This yielded the source time function,rupture kinematics,and slip distribution characteristics,while systematically investigating the influence of the geometric parameters of the fault model on the inversion results.The inversion results show that the moment magnitude of the main shockis MW 5.85 and the maximum slip is 0.19 m.The rupture depth is concentrated between 5 and 12 km,primarily involving unilateral rupture along the strike from the hypocenter.The entire rupture process lasted~8 s,with the majority of slip occurring between 3-5 s.The rupture velocity peaked at 2.5 km/s.
