运城地区预警基准站背景噪声特征分析
Analysis of background noise characteristics of early warning reference stations in Yuncheng

Abstract
Using the acceleration power spectral density(PSD)and power spectral probability density function(PDF)methods,we calculated the background-noise levels at the eight early warning reference stations in Yuncheng.The results indicate that:① The background noise of the 8 early warning reference stations in the region is affected by human production activities in the high-frequency range.Compared with the observation on ground,the installation in caves and underground can significantly reduce man-made noise interference.② The PSD and PDF calculation results of the background noise recorded by the seismometers and accelerometers installed on the same pedestal are generally consistent in the high-frequency range above 2 Hz,while that shows significant differences in the frequency range below 2 Hz;③ The PDF calculation results of seismometer recorded data are relatively concentrated in the frequency range of 10 s—10 Hz,and the distribution characteristics of each station are slightly different;The PDF calculation results of accelerometer recorded data are relatively concentrated across the entire frequency band,and through comparison,it is found that stations with less human activity interference have a relatively concentrated distribution of PDF values.关键词
