摘要

Abstract

The high proportion of renewable energy integration presents both opportunities and challenges for power systems.Renewable energy offers environmental advantages such as clean and low-carbon properties,while its characteristics of high output uncertainty and low physical inertia pose challenges to system frequency security.To address this issue,this paper proposes a virtual inertia-damping scheduling method for renewable energy and energy storage,considering the coupling of carbon-green certificate markets.Firstly,an optimal virtual inertia-damping scheduling model is established,considering the coupling relationships among power decision-making,carbon trading markets and green certificate trading markets,as well as system dynamic frequency security constraints.To reduce decision conservatism,the uncertainty-related constraints are modeled as unified joint chance constraints.Then,an modified sample average approximation(MSAA)method is adopted to solve the proposed model,effectively avoiding the computational burden caused by 0-1 indicator variables in the conventional sample average approximation(SAA)method.Simulation results based on the IEEE-39 bus system demonstrate that compared with the existing models and chance constraint modeling methods,the proposed method can adaptively adjust virtual inertia and droop damping according to the system's time-varying disturbance requirements.Under the risk probability of 5%,the proposed method ensures the system frequency deviation within 0.5 Hz at a cost 6.03%lower than the fixed coefficient method,exhibiting better economic,low-carbon,and frequency security performance.Additionally,the MSAA method reduces computation time by approximately 90%compared to the traditional SAA method,significantly promoting computational efficiency.
