Abstract
Improving the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources plays a vital role in realizing the high-quality development of agriculture in Xinjiang.Taking 14 prefectures and cities as the research object,based on data from 2011 to 2022,the Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist index method were used to analyze the spatial and temporal differences of agricultural water resources utilization efficiency.The static analysis shows that the average utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources from 2011 to 2022 is 0.787,the overall level is low,showing a'V'shape of time variation characteristics,and there are significant differences among different prefectures and cities,forming a spatial distribution pattern of high efficiency in northern Xinjiang and low efficiency in southern Xinjiang.The dynamic analysis shows that the total factor productivity index of the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in all prefectures and cities is greater than 1,and the average annual growth rate is 4.9%,showing an increasing trend.Technological progress is the primary driving force behind the increased utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources.Based on this,advancing the innovation and development of agricultural science and technology,as well as enhancing the infrastructure for farmland water conservancy,are crucial for narrowing the disparities in agricultural water resource utilization efficiency between northern and southern Xinjiang.This will further improve the overall utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in Xinjiang.关键词
