Abstract
Conducted here in the article is the research on the issue of the flue gas treatment of the circular heating furnace in the Φ180 mm MPM pipe-rolling production line,based on which the SNCR(selective non-catalytic reduction)-SDS(sodium-based dry scrubbing)integrated treatment process is developed.The characteristics of the flue gas of the circular heating furnace are analyzed,and then the SNCR denitration technique and the SDS desulfurization technique are combined organically to get a complete flue gas cleaning system constructed.Relevant engineering application demo-nstrates that thanks to the technical solution,the applicable ultra low emission specification for the flue and gas is satisfied,i.e.,SO2 emission concentration is ≤50 mg/Nm3,and the particle concentration is ≤10 mg/Nm3.The above mentioned research is capable of providing reliable technical solution for flue and gas management for the heating furnace as in the hot-rolled pipe production line,and bringing about remarkable environment protection benefit as well as the value of spreading up and application.关键词
