Abstract
International energy governance is the most disorderly,energy security is the most fragile,and actions to address climate change are the least continuous and unified from 2021 to 2025.The energy transition of the international oil and gas industry also shows the characteristics of imbalance and non-uniformity.The paper divides the energy transition of international oil companies during this period into such three stages as the period of differences in energy transition paths,the period of convergence of energy transition goals,and the period of seeking changes in energy transition methods,and believes the characteristics and causes of each stage are closely related to the international political and economic situation,policies and regulations,global energy pattern,future judgment of oil and gas business and oil and gas market,regional resource endowment,and their own business performance.It proposes that large domestic oil and gas enterprises in China should research and formulate their own energy transition goals,strategic deployments,and implementation methods by adapting to the times,local conditions,and the technology and implement continuous optimization and dynamic adjustment firstly,energy transition businesses strongly related to the current development of oil and gas business should quickly form a diversified comprehensive energy pattern featuring the production and supply of"oil,gas,heat,electricity,and hydrogen"and the operation and sales of"oil,gas,hydrogen,electricity,and non-oil(service)"secondly,renewable energy businesses weakly related to oil and gas but with great development potentials should explore the implementation of a light-asset operation model and an ecological alliance development approach under the actual equity control thirdly,and mineral and metal resources and basic services of charging piles that can constitute key links in the future development of alternative industries may actively paricipate and maintain the initiative and control over future development finally.关键词
