跨国石油公司打造产业链供应链韧性的做法与启示
Practices and implications of international oil companies in enhancing industrial and supply chain resilience
摘要
Abstract
This paper selects such three international oil companies as TotalEnergies,ExxonMobil,and Shell as well as three national oil companies including Saudi Aramco,Petrobras,and Rosneft as the research samples and examines their strategic approaches and adjustment pathways of the integrated development,the coordination between the global and the regional of business layouts,the balance between traditional energy exploitation and low-carbon transition,as well as operational stability and transitional upgrading in enhancing the resilience of their industrial chains and supply chains.Although Chinese oil companies have made notable strides in bolstering their industrial chain and supply chain resilience,they still trail behind their global counterparts in system integration,regional collaboration,green investment,and technology transfer.It proposes such several strategic imperatives for Chinese oil companies as deepening integration and co-development in the oil and gas sector to fortify the overall shock resilience of their industrial chains,expanding their global footprint and strengthening regional cooperation to enhance international competitiveness,exploring pathways for low-carbon transformation to nurture new driving forces for sustainable development,and accelerating the transfer and application of technology to actualize innovative values.关键词
