The development trends of international oil companies amidst a world of interwoven changes and turmoil and its implications
摘要
Abstract
Affected by the combination of such factors as the downward shift of the oil and gas price levers,the disorder of international energy governance,and the accelerated advancement of technological innovation,international oil companies have shown new trends in achieving the balance between short-term profitability and long-term sustainable development.This paper summarizes and analyzes the new trends of international oil companies in ten aspects since 2024,including their understanding of the future development of the oil and gas industry and market,their own development vision,strategic connotation,business layout,industrial chain construction,investment plans,business strategies,transformation and development,management reform,cost management concepts,and asset acquisition models.It is suggested that large oil and gas enterprises in China should further strengthen strategic forecasting and situation analysis,actively optimize and adjust development strategies and planning deployment measures,effectively carry out the work of increasing oil and gas reserves and production,as well as the development of new energy and emerging industries,and orderly implement management reforms,technological innovations,and deepening reforms.关键词
